| The purpose of this report is to provide guidelines, background information, and ideas for an electric utility to define its own ‘Smart Grid Vision’ and ‘Smart Grid Strategic Technology Roadmap’ that will pave the way towards implementing a Smart Grid that supports the utility’s long-term objectives.
