UTC Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by UTC on or before midnight EST September 14, 2011. After that date, all registrants will be liable for the full registration fee.
Written cancellation notices can be emailed to meetings@utc.org or faxed to 202.872.1331. No verbal cancellations will be accepted, this includes voicemail messages.
