UTC Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing before September 17, 2008, subject to a 15% service charge. Written cancellation notices can be emailed to meetings@utc.org [3] or faxed to 202.833.6812. No verbal cancellations will be accepted, this includes voicemail messages. After that date, all registrants will be liable for the full fee.
